![]() It actively degrades the uniqueness of each faction and makes the game far less balanced. I haven't touched end times, so I won't say anything about it. This is the closest you can get to recreating the tabletop game in an RTS. I couldn't get into it, but I will admit that it does good work and makes "bad" units useful again and makes the races more distinct. As the name implies, it makes the game balance closer to the tabletop balance. ![]() It's not a serious issue, but it can be a bit jarring at first. ![]() I will admit there is some mechanic and stat bloat though. ![]() It also rebalances the whole game to make the old factions feel less dated, melee useful, and make some underutilized mechanics (geomantic web) useful. It uses the lore as a starting point to make every race and factions more distinct.
